Why do some people end up getting this? I had horrible acne throughout middle school and high school and then everything cleared up and I never got scarring. I thought I was going to look like a freakshow.

I looked into ot a bit and I guess collagen really helps and aloe vera plus vitamin C boosts it and I used lotion with that all the time and definitely got my vitamin C.

When I was like 19, I think it was another growth spurt in puberty but I also switched to Irish Spring soap at the same time so I'm not sure which helped it the most, probably just outgrowing it though.

I had a deep small box on my nose.
During covid I took advantage of the masks to stamp the shit out my scar using microneedling and I really mean it when I say.
Then when the mask rule was about to be lifted I started burning the heck out of it using acids
Then I left the redness fade a little, but added cortizol cream
And now I am pushing it up with an air pump and a tune every night before sleep until it become like a horny nipple in a cold day
Also I kept the acid and cortizol routine, but very very gentle
I can walk around and you need to get really close to my face and the light need to come from the side to be able to see some shade of the scar
