>Janoy Cresva
I watched an interview with him from earlier this year and it really seemed like his best years were behind him which is pretty sad considering he was always a laughingstock.
yeah im surprised he didnt an hero after he fell off. it seemed like the fame, or infamy however you wanna look at it, was like the only thing in his life that truly made him happy
I'm surprised he even made it past 40 >was roiding hard since 15 >abused everything from coke to meth >bulked to 300+ lbs >slept like 2 hours at night, sometimes he didnt even get any sleep >ate a ton of sugary garbage like ice cream and breakfast cereals >had many injuries from heavy lifting and he even said he couldnt even bench properly anymore
Rich was insane, the guy really wanted to die before 50
Just a quick reminder for any seething nattycucks:
1. Rich was suffering from "implant ilness" for years. This occurs in some people after (for example) putting in breast implants and you feel super sick becasue your body tells you it doesn't want the implant. In this case you should remove it but some people choose to suffer and Rich was one of them. He was abusing painkillers hard.
2. He had recreational drug addiction and since he was able to afford it he wouldn't stray from it.
3. His body was obviously too big and heavy so his heart was having hard time pumping blood.
4. His diet wasn't perfect and over time it issues will build up.
5. Le steroids were definitely not helping with all of that shit on top.
The actual reason behind his death was the fact that he slammed his head on the floor while being drugged out, stopped breathing to the point where his brain died and it was over.
Post dead gym bros thread?
For me? It's Janoy Cresva and Dallas McCarver

Truly ahead of his time. I wouldn't want to live past 50 on this gay earth either.
Too bad he was given a hotshot by his wife before he could be killed by the roid.

Thinking of actually doing an 8 hour arm workout.
Drawn into the backdrop here
You could fade, you could fade away
Bright lights on a starless night
Burn a hole in the dying day
Am i pathetic for actually shedding a tear when i heard the news?
His feeder workouts actually work.
