    You can eat straight spoonfull of sugars and be shredded you just gotta cico.
    I know because thats what I ve done when no time for eating,just straight sugar,highest calorie goyslop as quick as possible.

    took me 3~ weeks to get rid of my sugar cravings. been 3 months now without sugar or bread. I hope I can keep this up forever.

      It gets easier and easier with time, congrats. Bread is kinda of a nice staple though, if you make your own.

        replaced it with rice. I used to eat everything with bread even fricking pasta. I always needed a source of carbs but bread aint it.

    I've never been a sugar addict but I did a whole foods diet for about a year and when I tried soda again it was too sweet.
    Maybe just don't do drugs kids mkay?

    watch youtube docs on sugar , obesity, diabetes, health, death, etc
    browse reddit.com/r/sugarfree

    pour a few drops of some sweet juice like apple juice into a big cold class/jug then fill it with cold water and it'll taste sweet all night

    psyop yourself into the reality that sugar only feels good in the run up to eating it and actually while its in your mouth its not even that good and you want to keep grabbing more snacks
    realize that sugar puts you in a vicious circle/feedback look where 1hr after eating it you're gonna be hungrier and thirstier than if you just ate nothing at all
    remind yourself that feeling slightly good 24/7 (eg when youve kicked sugar) is better than feeling average for 20hours and then great for the 20mins while eating then shit for the rest of the day

    Replace it with complex carb sources.
    The cravings are natural pleasure seeking behaviors to try and find carbs for fuel, but hijacked bely processing.

    My rule is if you wouldn't eat a plain boiled potato, it's not real hunger, don't eat.

    the frick is wrong with sugar, i eat a bag of skittles daily and i have 6 pack. as long as you’re not fat and your diet is 90% on point, sugar won’t give you beetus and might be beneficial to you for energy

    I used to eat pure sugar straight from the bag. I got extremely painful headaches and felt lazy, but I just couldn't stop. I don't know how I got out of habit, I get I just kept myself and my mind busy. Plus I started eating foods that and more natural sugars like fruit.
