You look alright. You have that stocky old man physique, like movie stars in the 50s had.
If you didn't say it I would've never known you used to be 245lbs, so that's a good thing.
Overall you look good. Maybe try to push til 158lbs?
mmm daddy~
you are looking good. way better than most people. keep it up
What's your height? Did a similar thing where I shrunk from 270 to 190, but I honestly looked like shit compared to now at 210
6ft
You look like shit at 6ft 168. You have virtually no muscle if those stats are true, because you still look fat. at least you're not grotesquely fat anymore.
To escape skinny fat, you must now bulk 25 lbs. Cut back down to 168 and see the difference
morons
Shut up
Huh, I'm sitting at 6ft 2. I might shrink down to 185 then. Would be a 85 lb total loss, but I'd probably look better than now.
Do normies actually think this looks good?
You're a dysphoric troony anon. Nobody is saying op is jacked, but he looks fine by modern standards.
Looks like gyno
You have zero muscle and youre fat bro, Im 6'4" 230lbs and alot leaner then u, maybe 14-15% bf, and even then i wouldnt say im "huge"
Firstly, congrats on coming such a long way. a lot of people fail where you've succeeded. Keep leaning out, keep your sets close to failure, and never stop the grind. eventually, you'll leave humanity behind
Made for the mines
You look fine and probably good in a shirt. You’ve got a ways to go but you look stronger than the majority of the population
Yeah I'd say so
Yeah, you look great OP.
Chest work, ab work, shoulders. You look much better, now let's fill out that loose skin
Good? No. Better? Yes.
Keep going. Chest looks especially weak. Make sure you are just doing the big five lifts (Squat, bench, deadlift, overhead press (standing barbell) and chinups or pullups. Add in bis and tris two or three days per week. No buillshit meme exercises, ab exercises, kettlebells, cardio, rope lifts, hop scotch steppers, pickup basketball, machines, sitting, etc.
Progressive overload, i.e. always get stronger, week to week as measured by pounds on the bar or reps per set.
Eat 200 grams of animal protein every motherfricking day without fail, while eating as few carbs as possible to only lose one pound per week.
Keep going.
It's good that you lost weight by eating good, that's the way to go, but like some others have said, I think you should gain some muscle. You and I are roughly the same height, roughly the same amount of fat, but I've been lifting more. I still think I look like shit, but I've got enough gains that people are surprised when I tell them I weigh 210 lbs.
