I finished a 5 day fast on Saturday and started a new 7 day one today. My progress is great but yours looks unreal. The human body typically burns 0.5 lbs of fat a day on a fast but your before / after looks like a 20 lb difference.

I spend hours eating high protein foods, until I'm almost sixk, then keep eating, and go to the gym lifting with low reps and sets at moderate or high weight and the result is skinny with big gut. I'm stronger than when I looked fit though, and I lose less strength than I used to when I get sick

I just do a body recomp and slowly build muscle and lose fat over a long period of time instead of moronic eating cycles.
What do you do specifically?
doing an upper/lower 4-5 times a week along with a ton of cardio. mainly doing hypertrophy for the lifts. I eat a lot of eggs, chicken, red meat, salads, yogurt, couple spoons of peanut butter if I'm feeling hungry bc I'm not eating a lot of carbs. coming back from a year long injury recovery. weight hasn't budged since February but I'm cutting the fat and getting bigger. it just takes forever.
same, I'm okay with less drastic results. it's the long game
