so everyone at your gym just jumps right into their working sets on bench or squat or deadlift?
you're monitoring everyone like some kind of moronic homosexual lizard to confirm that no one at your gym ever warms up with a low weight on compound movements?
or are you sure that you're not just an extra moronic lizard homosexual who doesn't know anything about anything, except for how to suck dick and take names?
I could kill you btw
Same
It's true I'm lifting baby weight,
But hopping in without warmup to 160kg deadlifts feels pretty good
2pl8 Squat too. Never warm up, waste of time. I dont know how it is at real weight, but I have a feeling I won't need to then either
I do. Not any strict protocol but I have to acclimate myself to the weight so it doesn't feel like I'm going to die under the bar when jumping to working weight.
>you need to do a mobility routine every morning and then some light cardio then do dynamic stretching and then do warmup sets and then finish off with an accessory routine and static stretching a-
nope, not gonna do it, lol. just not gonna
>Paul was reported by Tommy Kono to have done a set of ten full squats, with no warmup, with 700 lbs., “so rapidly that it was as if free squats were performed
based
No need to for babby weight
I never cool down
neither do I and I never saw anyone in my gym do it

seething warmupcel, imagine having to warm up like some little baby
based
there's no proof warming up does anything, it's simply placebo that you can solve by meditating
That's neat. What are your 1RMs?
Wow, no response! I wonder why?
Me? Oh i warm up before bench, and i bench 135kg
Don't know. Never done a 1RM in my life because I'm not a powershitter
Haven't lived

It doesn't matter for weight lifting but if you ever do any real sport then you will have to warm up
Can you teach me?
I do. Not any strict protocol but I have to acclimate myself to the weight so it doesn't feel like I'm going to die under the bar when jumping to working weight.

If you mean like wave my arms around or do gay little stretches I never warm up but I do a few sets at an increasing weight for my heavy sets
I do, but for example I bench 2pl8 so I warm up with like 5-8 reps of 1pl8, few more reps with 22lbs added, then go into working sets
>Idiots in this thread think that light sets working up to heavy sets isn't warming up
Go walk in the gym and immediately try to squat 3pl8
