No, I'll end up eating them all. I bought a week's worth of food for $48. That includes a 4.5lb pork loin, 1lb of ground turkey and 2lbs of 90/10 ground beef. Added all together it equates to just under 1500 calories per day, for 7 days. If I overeat I run out of food early. It's the simplest way to cut. Add in protein powder and I'm cruising at 1800 calories/170g protein per day.
Easy mode. Picrel, I cut that loin up into steaks, then rendered out some lard from the fat trimmings.
I only tried a a fatty bit of the loin that was leftover after cutting a bunch of chops. I just put salt, pepper and garlic powder on it and put it in the air fryer for 15 minutes. It was pretty good.
I'll probably end up pounding the chops thin with a mallet and pan frying them for a couple minutes on each side. Didn't seem like they'd be too tough or anything, but that's how I like them.
Lmao are you moronic? When they have "fresh" fruits/berries they pick them early so they ripen at the grocery store, losing out on nutrients they would have gained naturally. Frozen food is actually picked when ripe and flash frozen so it's more nutritious.
okay keep making moronic decisions because of muh israelites when you're buying from farmers market rednecks trying to make a profit off moronic city hippies
?? it's not some secret, they flat out tell you they pick things early for grocery stores. you really think shit like bananas grown in tropical regions are picked when ripe??? even shit like blackberries in season now and local are only ripe for a day or two, they aren't picking them as soon as they ripen.
Also, that olive oil is either not real olive oil or it is rancid. Real olive oil turns rancid from light, which is why all the bottles of the best olive oil are dark.
b***h I know there was a bigger bag of blueberries in that b***h for like $7.
Go back.

Frozen is generally more nutritious than "fresh"

They pick them early too you moron. Actually usually worst of both, pick them early and freeze them (not even flash freeze) to keep selling them.
