Why do you guys post aesthetic bodies but ask powershitter questions?
I don't know what do to in 40 minutes total that's the best bang for the buck
Absolutely, 15 min warmup, 35 minutes of beast mode
Any recommendations besides deadlifting? Note I already do leg exercises some 2 times a week, I have no qualms with working out only the upper body. I've even thought about just doing an arms superset and call it a day
I have just gotten the PDF link (on my computer, I am phoneposting right now), I will check it, but so far PPL 5 day/week have given results (with proper diet and patience). Let’s see what it has.
You'd have no pushing development (no chest, triceps, front delts, abs etc), but you'd have nice legs and back most likely.
I say try it. That one redditor only did pullups and looked great. Let's see if we can get a similar effect with deadlifts LOL
>You'd have no pushing development (no chest, triceps, front delts, abs etc),
Pushup variations at home. Dunno about abs. I'd say L sits but that's enough stress on your wrists with the pushups and you will most likely get RSI/wreck your shit, and buying parallettes defeats the moronic uberminimalist gimmick.
Headstands maybe?
>I only have like 40 minutes free time total. Can I just go in, warm up, do 4 sets of deadlifts and get out?
of course, if u long for big hamstrings that is - u must be bottom, correct?
Is it really hard for you to understand the reasoning? It's a movement that hits multiple muscle groups which means more muscles hit in less time. Fricking hell the moron brownoids on this board. Your next response will be attacking me as if I think that is the optimal decision.
he’s probably asking since your OP is an aesthetic guy, and since you don’t specify your goal (strength, aesthetics, etc), he thus assumes you are asking for aesthetics
it won’t get you aesthetic, but you can be strong in a deadlift motion, which arguably is the most important lift for labor imo
so to turn your implicit question explicit >can I be aesthetic with JUST deadlifts
no, it misses all push muscles and it won’t be good for hypertrophy in regards to the muscles it does actually hit
pushups and variations alone won’t cut it imo, since you will quickly find pushups to be too light, and variations to make it difficult will train different muscles (like a headstand push-up puts more focus on front delts and shoulders I’d imagine). But idk since I’m no expert on calisthenics, I guess they use body weights or do some some truly ridiculous shit
No.
Why do you guys post aesthetic bodies but ask powershitter questions?
no, it's forbidden, you will be punished.
if you think of posting something like this again, please have a nice day
Are you willing to get injected with stuff?
i work out 45 min and eat a gays arsehole form my bulk
kinobody has LITERALLY never performed a deadlift. However his program is great if you want to spend 40min in the gym 3x a week.
Post program

His programms are fricking trash
>Bro you will totaly get the same chest as me by doing litteraly 3 sets per week
t, pirated all his books
Kinobody's programming is actually really good because it's just taken from his previous coach, leangains.
Yeah actually. Just get lean. Do you have his chest with your 20 sets a week? Post body?
Absolutely, 15 min warmup, 35 minutes of beast mode
>Spending more then 30-45 minutes in the gym as a natty
I seriously shiggy you guys don't do that

Only deadlifts and OHP is okay, 2 sets of each at 9 reps or lower with 0 RIR
>Can I just go in, warm up, do 4 sets of deadlifts and get out?
Sure, whatever, it's a free country.
Day A
1 Set Bench
1 Set Squat
1 Set The Press
1 Set Dips
Day B
1 Set Romanian Dead Lift
1 Set Barbell Row
1 Set Pull Ups
1 Set Barbell Curls
Alternate days
Hit them such that 4-6 reps is 95% effort (I.E maybe have one in the tank at a push).
Can be in and out the gym in around 30mins

Why would you waste your time on deadlifts if you only have 40 minutes?

I do 16 sets of 10 and some 15 in 40 minutes. Just don't be a b***h with rest time
Someone post kino’s program please
just google any of his program names and "pdf" you absolute troglodyte, you're lucky i woke up feeling festive today
ironically kinobody has a really good philosophy for quick workouts, i follow his programs and am usually in and out of the gym in 45 minutes.
