>It must be the diet is the one true way to health and not the fact that I cut out eating twinkies and pizza and laying in bed all day, I will now argue online about the best diet for all people
Why are people like this
You're mentally ill:
>your moronic
>here's a YouTube video
True, a mentally disabled person like you can't even watch a video. No idea how you even got here.
This shit also bothers me
I guess people want to join a group, not find a solution
I'm trying to decipher this schizo post.
Who are you quoting? Is this anecdotal or a trend you are seeing?
Are you trying to suggest that diet has no impact on health?
Not OP, but you seem moronic.
Every fad diet currently shilled on IST sounds exactly like this.
> Do X to lose weight and get healthy
> Don't do Y, Y will kill you
But X is just some fad diet and cutting out ultra-processed foods. Surprise, surprise, cutting out ultra-processed foods is the common denominator and should be the cornerstone of modern health. After that you can squabble over which specific diet has small benefits in specific areas over another. (Like carnivore apparently being good for controlling auto-immune conditions)
I would say that even the ultra processed food probably arent as big of a deal compared to the obesity.
Just losing the weight most likely contributes most, if not all the health benefits in my opinion at least.

Ketolards will unironically argue junk food is alright as long as you leave the buns though.
Veganism/keto are both unhealthy tho.
Med/pescetarian/paleo are objectively healthier, or any diet that mixes dairy/meat/fish/fruit/veggies with a bit of starch or grain.
You missed the entire point of the post
>Why are people like this
Because exercise burns very little actual calories. Yes, it builds muscles that raise your passive TDEE, but you can't outrun your fork. When it comes to weight loss it's 90% diet and 10% exercise.
Cardio burns a significant amount of calories
Not if you dont have the endurance for it. You cant expect a fat frick to start burning thousands of calories from cardio.
Nothing I said was incorrect. Stop adding additional factors to try and win an argument
I disagree.
T. 240lb yoked multimillionaire w a hot wife which lost 35 lbs in less than 40 days just cycling and not eating so I can fit in my tuxedo at the end of the month.
They obviously all have x amount of high caloric junk food laying around the house they can't touch while they're on the diet
you know, you might be onto something here.
there's a lot of ways to improve your situation but there's only one optimal solution. that's what the arguing is about.
unless you're keto/vegan then you don't believe in things like CICO and you're a schizo that needs to be put down.
>Mediterranean diet
that one's gonna be it for me, after I fricked around and found out. turns out tismo minmaxxing your diet for a long time is like speedrunning 2 decades of aging in 2 years
