I started lifting a month ago, and now I am more irritable and have much less patience for bullshit. I feel great while lifting, though. It's like meditation, almost.

How do I fix this before I do something stupid I will regret?

    You'll level out eventually. Just take a week long break every 9-12 weeks to let your brain and cortisol reset. You will come back restored and invigorated. Your aggression will be less.
