I started taking ephederine to reduce appetite and increase focus.

And while it has done both somewhat, the main effect I have experienced is an extreme reduction in anxiety. I now feel like a normal person who isn't overanalyzing every moment and constantly suffering over every bad memory and worrisome future event. More than that, I am starting to feel confident and it feels amazing. I also feel very slightly more sociopathic. I am surprised by this, because I read one of the side effects of ephedrine can be increased anxiety. I assume that my body was just below whatever equilibrium my body needed to be at, so it is helping me instead of hurting me. Anyone else have similar experiences with this or can offer any explanation? Thoughts are welcome.

That's cough medicine you weeping vegana. If it were bad for you then you wouldn't be able to buy it over the counter.

I know youre being ironic because that is incredibly moronic, but some people actually believe this

That said ephedrine is great and can act like a mild ADHD med. Sounds like it got u feelin more motivated

I almost certainly have ADD, so I am probably just properly medicating myself.

That's nice. In my country, only pseudo is OTC.
Also, you're probably just getting euphoria from the stimulant and will become tolerant lol

I only experienced euphoria on the first day, and it hasn't happened since. Regardless, I plan on using it semi sparingly to reduce tolerance building.

Then why not visit a psychiatrist and get MPH? It would give you less vasoconstriction.

                >you have to ask for at the pharmacy desk (in the US) for reasons described above.
do you have to sign/show id

You have to show ID, but no signature nor script is required.

It's essentially a stimulant, you are more or less explaining the effects of such. Combine with coffee is the best for fasting, its great.

0 risk. It's a nasal decongestant. They monitor your purchasing because meth heads discovered how to turn it into meth so they would buy dozens of boxes across tens of pharmacies, so the feds limited purchases. I buy it every winter/spring when my allergies flare.

Sudafed is complete garbage compared to ephedrine, correct?

Not sure but I find Bronk-Aid to be quicker and stronger and Sudafed to be a longer lasting, slightly less efficacious.
That said- MAKE SURE YOU GET SUDAFED NOT SUDAFED(PE). Sudafed on the shelf is Phenylephrine which is a placebo (not even kidding). Not taking Phenylephrine has the same effect as taking Phenylephrine.
The real Sudafed (pseudophedrine) along with Bronkaid (ephedrine) you have to ask for at the pharmacy desk (in the US) for reasons described above. Anything on the shelf you don't ask for is useless garbage.

I am seriously cobsidering doing that, but i am worried about pushing my heart too far. I will experiment with the idea.

It's not too much, ECA (ephedrine, caffeine, aspirin) is a commonly used stack, has been around for over a decade. Don't think the aspirin is particularly necessary however. The real tricky part is whether to add yohimbine to it.

the aspirin really smoothes out the experience. would recommend.

You should try methamphetamine, you will really like it a lot, based on how you react to ephedrine.

For about two years, I took MDMA regularly with my wife, every couple of months.
I previously had PTSD that was a pretty huge impact on my confidence, I was anxious and jumpy, trouble with eye contact, etc.
Since then it's been heavily reduced, permanently. It's been about 2 years since I had any and I'm still a different person. Over that period I also got fitter, got a better job, became generally more productive and active as well - partially, this can be considered a cause of my increased confidence, but also partially I believe it is the result of such.
I occasionally take amphetamine-based diet pills and get the same feeling. Like my jittery, fearful emotions are distant enough for me to consider them and deal with them, rather than having a creature raking my back permanently.
I also frick like crazy and dance easily.
I don't like encouraging drug use in others, but I can't deny the astounding benefit this experience has had for me.

I like it for cutting or PWO, or even asthma. It makes me irritable as hell though, especially on a deficit. People will say/do the most normal things and I can feel like I'm clenching my teeth and about to snap at them.
