You should remember that there really isn't a single thing called "protein" that your body needs and not all protein is equal. What your body needs is about a dozen different amino acids in right amount, and these amino acids are the building blocks in compounds we call proteins. A good rule of thumb is that animal based proteins (and onions) have all of those in just right balance. You can get everything you need from a plant based diet, but that means that you need to get them from several different sources and usually eat more than you might first think to get enough of everything.

They literally are. Lactose intolerance is a scale. Not everybody that are lactose intolerant will shit their guts out. Some just get mild digestive problemw or problems that only reveal themselves in the long term. Pretty much only north-western Europeans are completely lactose tolerant and can drink 3 liters of whole milk a day for decades on end without fricking over their digestive tract.

You either eat too much junk or not a lot in general. If the latter: force it and use high protein foods. It ain’t rocket science. Here in my country cheap deep frozen microwave food of fish filet with some sauce and veggies on top has 40g of protein in 360g of food. If you like cooking there are yt channels focused on high protein cooking. Another option: mixing powder with not just water: I put Greek yogurt (20g protein) together with Ahorn Sirup and banana flavored protein powder. Tasty and 60-80g of protein
I feel I can help with this. Buy any nonfat filtered yogurt. Its called skyre in the UK but most countries have an equivalent. A 450g pot is about ~400 kcal and ~60g protein. Eat one for brekky, one for dins. 120gs plus whatever else you eat.
