    D3, collagen, & zinc are the only ones that will have worthwhile benefits. You should take a multivitamin too. You could also combine the zinc with magnesium in a ZMA supplement.

    Saw palmetto is a boner killer, you're going to get erectile dysfunctional. It's meant to stiffle hair loss but does so by stiffling the hormone that causes it, which is also a hormone responsible for muscle strength and strong elections. It should be illegal for fuckers to sell this shit without full disclosure.

    Biotin I know nothing about. I know girls take it for their hair, same with collagen. I take collagen now because it helps with recovery if you're over 25-30. Made my vision better and got rid of lingering back pain.

    Iron is already in your diet if you eat source food. Just take a fucking multi and cut the extra shit. The only extra shit you should take if you're really into vitamin doping is D3, zinc, and magnesium. If you're older, take something for your joints, brain, and recovery help. Collagen, glucosamine, chondrotin, and green tea extract are what I stack. Too lazy to list why but it's a based alpha minimalist stack.
