I will twisted my ankle couple of months ago after running and it is still hasn't healed, so only cardio I can do now is stationary bike. My question is can it help? My resting heart rate smth like 70-80 bpm, I want below 60.

          Yea I'm aware I'm over the FDA ADI or whatever but I will keep an eye on my health and all I eat is red meat rice and vegetables so I think my calcium levels won't get too cranked. I plan on dosing it back after a short time maybe 3 months max if I feel well.

    Same, I think my pee hole is narrowed.         Is me, but yea I do it in gym as a dedicated final part of a given workout
        So for example after hitting back and bis or some other split, I go finish it off with 30 mins of mixed moderate intensity cardio (you can take breaks every 3-5 mins if need be but just make sure total exertion adds up to 30 mins)
