I'm 23 and otherwise healthy, I workout a lot and am a healthy bf%. I've been keto for a year or so with a focus on eating a shit ton of meat for protein and I think it has clogged my arteries. Is there any way to reverse this clogging or am I fricked for life.

There are no studies on vit k2 and heart palpitations, but one quick search shows k2 supplementation at least (usually the mk-7 variant) gives a lot of these symptoms to users. Why, i havn't looked into that.

If i were op i'd stop doing keto as well. It's a way too complicated diet to work for anyone who isn't getting extensive blood work done every month. It's just not worth it. A mixture of meats, vegetables, carbs, fiber, dairy and fruit is what every average joe should consume imo.

The most common culprit when people think they're having a heart attack is stress.
