I think the reason people have a tough time losing weight is because the average person is way way fatter than they realize.

I think the reason people have a tough time losing weight is because the average person is way way fatter than they realize. You can cut down to 15-20% bodyfat and people will call you skinny. That's potentially months away being low bodyfat.

It's super suboptimal to be below 12% bf
So I think you can take the bullying, lose that last few percent and maximize your gains at 12%

Also, autistic girls are at least predictable

I think he meant bodyfat percentage. Girls do not peak at 10-12, more like 15-18

The average person will stick with a diet for a week and already have muh cheat day and undo all their progress. They don't count their calories and they just want to have things be on easy mode all the time. They literally want a magic pill to make them attractive without putting in any work or thought

Clothes are made for fat c**ts these days so you look skinny in them if you’re a healthy body fat. To normies, this means you’re too skinny
I wear XXL tops as they fit my chest, shoulders and arms and they fit like a tent below my chest so I need them tailored. When I was bulking they actually fit me better because I had a slight belly.
Same with shorts and jeans. I normally wear 30-34” depending on how loose they are through the legs and they still fall off my waist. When I was bulking they actually fit me in the waist

Clothes are a chud. I got regular medium T shirts from Amazon and they fit fine in the chest but ballooned out over my gut, which was a shame because I'd been cutting and didn't even have a gut. Got some "slim fit" and now they hang straight.

Can you take, like, _any_ clothes to a tailor to take in certain parts? Probably gonna consider this for my nicer clothes, but might even get my cheap Amazon tees taken in a little more.

Tailoring shirts is surprisingly easy. There's a lot of helpful videos on YouTube showing how. You need a sewing machine though.

I always find the length to be a pain. Generally need to cut two inches off at the ankle or they bunch up. It weird, being 5"11 I would have guessed clothes would all be made with my height in mind, but it seems like manufacturers consider the standard for a 34" waist to be 6'1 or 6'2.

I saw a guy complaining that he couldn't get a girl and that he shouldn't have to lose more weight, he was like 200 pounds 5'7 with a super chubby face. It is scary how normalized obesity is in the US.

Good example. Yeah he is 18% or so, small frame, probably thinks he is skinny. But if he got down to 12% he would have much better facial aesthetics, make a huge difference in his social life.

It's all relative. If you're hanging out with highschool Korean girls, they will call that obese. If you're hanging out in a Texan bar, they will call that anorexic. If you ask IST, he's DYEL. If you ask the average Normie, he's athletic or fit built.
