i do 60% fat 30% protein 10% carbs. fat is more dense in calories so you dont need a lot of volume of it

You would be forgiven for thinking that given that at face value it is a diet that rejects carbs. In order to go into ketosis you have to be consuming a ratio of like 80% fat and 20% protein. Yes, many keto advocates espouse the benefits of butter, they literally add it to everything.
when i did it, i didnt follow macro table shits. just ate simple protien foods (egfs meat) and a few vegitables and it worked well
