            Which exercises? (eg if you're just doing leg lifts then you're not going to be getting oblique gains etc)
            Are you performing them correctly? (eg ensuring psoas doesnt take over from rectus abdominus, ensuring you're twisting the whole torso instead fo just rotating shoulders on russian twist etc)
            Are you taking them to failure? Muscle growth doesn't happen without sufficient stimulus
            Are you progressing on them? Merely repeating performance already achieved will not result in new growth

              That's actually not true. You in fact DONT want to train abs like other muscles. You dont want progressive overload. If you do, you are just going to look like a crossfitter with fridge build. All you need is to do 3-4x20 bodyweight stuff like leg raises and crunches.

              Females do 5 minute home workouts for abs and they have the best set of abs. You literally do not need heavy weights and progressive overload. You want your core to be as slim as possible and have that v-taper, its a net negative to look like a crossfitter. As long as you can do a 5 min ab circuit and have low bodyfat, they will be big and develop enough to pop nicely and still have tiny waist.

            I'm not the expert on anything but I was an amphetamine junkie doing 3gs of of speed paste daily and I can tell you once I stopped I got fat as frick in no time you could not imagine my appetite lmao you get in fricking primal lizard brain mode where you just devour everything without even thinking about it
            You know how people get fat after quitting cigs? With amphs it's much worse, you make up ten fold for all the food you've been missing when you were using it

    Decline Sit-up 3x12-15. Add 5 lbs each time you can complete 3x15. Eat a surplus, you should have abs around 15% if you have developed ab muscles. Once they are developed, you can cut to get them ripped.
