1. caloric deficit. don't eat too much or too often
2. low stress lifestyle. doing something you enjoy surrounded by people you like
3. Walk/ move around a lot. Don't sit or lay down too often except to sleep.
>just don't be stressed
most worthless advice?
It's the only actual good advice ITT. You need to be less stressed to live longer, up to you if you want to make the sacrifices to eliminate stress necessary. It'll require you to be happy with less.
It's about as useleful as the person receiving it.
I immediately thought of how it's actionable. Maybe you're just dumb?
>if it's not a magic pill then it's useless
You're not going to make it
For what i know they one thing in common: genetic to live longer. And also avoid stress at all cost. That's your no.1 enemy to have great health and live longer. Also dont be fat. Centenarian are all slim person
looks like i'll be dead at 45
What are the chances of accessible age reversing technology becoming a thing in the next 30 years?
As in your actualy genetic age?... Slim.
As in how old you look?.. that happens in tiny amounts all the time. Eg, last week they actually made a legit hair loss breakthrough for the first time in years. That is inextricably linked to skin health/youth
Don't I know it, seen vegans try to claim Okinawa.
Regular consumption of dha and epa. vegan diets lack this and it's suspected why their dementia risk is insanely high. But it's the closest thing to a common thread we have between long lived peoples when you adjust for medical care and prevalence of the foxo2 gene cluster.
Researched this a lot a few years back. Outside of genetics the most common things for all of them are
>lots of low intensity exercise like walking and gardening
>low calorie, mostly vegetarian and pescatarian weekly diet
>low bodyweight because of above diet
>lots of sleep
>low stress lifestyle
>very social and strong family and community ties
>optimistic worldview
>good air quality
>plenty of mental stimulation through games, reading, or practicing a skill
Look up the Grant Study.
Basically your life expectancy, happiness and financial success all depend on how good your relationships are with your family and your friends.
Good friends, good family, good relationship = long and happy life
Keep in mind good friends does not equal lots of friends
>studied hard
>Had a shit office job but make good money
>Have a son with wife
>He is sever autist
>He is 9yo
>Can't talk only makes weird noises
>Only play with baby toys
>He have to wear diapers because somedays he refuses to go to the bath
>Some days he becomes agresive amd destroys the house
>He only sleeps 3-4h
>No sex with wife (sex drive goes to 0 when you don't sleep a full night for years)
>Only fun thing of my life is playing some vidya in the bus to work
>Regret not being a comfy happy neet.
Pathetic. Just accept your early death like a true man.
forget that. you need a bunch of maoney so you can afford nanobots when they become available
Every interview with those old fricks has one thing in common
They just do whatever they want and don't stress about shit
You'll have some that live healthy, you have some that drink and smoke every day, vegetarians, meat eaters, frickin everything
Just refuse to die. Look death in the face and say "not today homosexual"
It has nothing to do with plant based diets. Look at where people live a long time, it’s like Hawaii (because of the Asians, not Polynesians), Japan, parts of Italy
What they have in common are genetics, walking a lot even into their old age, not getting fat, getting sun, and consistently eating fish. You can’t just sign up for nip genetics but you can do everything else

If you eat a natural diet of raw meat from birth you can easily live to 150+, an age which was once common
go ask em bro. I did that shit for a bit while I was building my application to medschool (required task for white and Asian people) and I spent all of my time learning their secrets. There's always someone 90+ that's unbelievably lucid, they'll always be near the chess or reading (if they're allowed to)
Huh? I have no clue why you would make this thread. "I want to live forever without eating vegetables". Well, then, you don't want it bad enough to get it.
Aside from exercise, a plant based diet is the next biggest contributing factor to longevity, below that is not smoking. That is to say, a sedentary lifestyle and an obesigenic diet are worse for you than smoking.
Beyond that it's marginal - having good friends, eating specific kinds of food, routinely ingesting Metformin, tea polyphenols, et cetera, but that's not going to do a whole lot for you if you say "bacon is epic!" more than you say "I love you."
genetics and luck
youre welcome
It's the parasites.
Always has been.
just be rich
this fricker is 99 and still co-runs the sixth biggest corporation in the world (with another 93 year old geriatric)
