Seems reasonable enough.

Bad form. Turning conventional lifts (most notoriously pull ups) into a cardio exercise, and generally doing a lot of shit that's somewhere in between cardio and weightlifting, such as kettlebell swings, that's really good for beginners but will stall you hard cause you're not really getting into a hypertrophy range nor maxing out your cardio. It's much less optimal than doing conventional hypertrophy traning and cardio separately for long term gains.

Crosfitters look better than powerlifters tho.

Shut the frick up. I use to room with a kiwi obsessed with CrossFit always talking about entering competitions. He was jacked so it clearly works. What does it matter if a pull up is done with good form or not? Kyamints has crazy form and is actually growing bigger.

kipping pullups and deadlifting ARAPs causing rhabdomyolysis combined with the general culture like mentality.

like communism, great in theory but poorly implemented

Focus on marketability. Being inclusive lowers the general ability of crossfitters, creating meme lifting styles fit the lowest common denominator.

It's gimmicky programming for people who are more interested in being part of a lifestyle group than max-performing. Exhibit A: people who "compete" in the crossfit "games" don't follow crossfit programming. You want to be a well rounded athlete? Then train like one. It's really quite simple.

A big squat/bench/deadlift is at least impressive. Bodybuilders can't do a single impressive thing.
