          You op? I went form 365 to 190.8 in 16 months. Just eat healthy. Dont eat like shit. Cut carbs, sugars, vegetable oil. No soda. No energy drinks.
          Chicken, beef, vegetables, some butter, salt, water. Learn to control your portions. Your stomach will shrink. It's very elastic and doesnt actually want to be big. An entire meal should be no bigger than your fist. That's all your meat and vegetable portion. I'll eat half a banana for breakfast, 1 serving protien powder in black coffee. For dinner I'll have a single small chicken strip with a small amount of vegetables.
          Don't gussy it up with ranch. Ranch is calorie dense. Look at all the shit you consume. Look at the caloric count. You don't need a lot of food. I consume less than 800 calories a day. Just take vitamins. Magnesium for your muscles and potassium for your kidneys. Protien so you don't lose mass. Keep your salts up. Salts will keep your brain functioning.

    I'd try only going -800 and really be mindful to keep your carbs in only before the workout and to keep the fats and protein more spread out. Make sure to take 2 days minimum to eat a lil over maintenance when it seems your energy is low and you aren't losing as much weight to eat a lil over and really try to hit the gym intense.

    If you can fit a lil bulk in there you'd likely not even look like you're getting fatter while gaining strength easily.

      Cardio makes me hungry as all shit, which means higher metabolism. Of that's you goal remember to eat breakfast asap lowish calorie and higher in proteins and fats than carbs but all are ofc necessary.

      The big thing is eating leading up to lifting and not going to bed hungry. Honestly being hungry too long has to lower your metabolism way quicker and require refeed to fix metabolism.

        The thing people often mistake as "hunger" isn't hunger. It's ketosis. You're in a burn phase. You need to change your mental attitude and learn what hunger actually feels like. Don't eat until your stomach kinda hurts. Then eat a portion of food no bigger than your fist. Wait a few minutes and drink 8 ounces of water. Wait a few minutes, drink another 8 ounces of water. Trust me, you won't be hungry anymore.

    Don't be fricking dumb and fast. Best case scenario you succeed and then what? Probably start eating like you did before. Portion control is where it is at. Figure out TDEE, recalculate every so often and eat below TDEE by finding healthier alternatives. Exercise a bit more. Drink a lot of water.
