    For me it was a prediabetes red flag. I cut all refined sugar and simple carbs out of my diet, filled the void with vegetables and some fruit (especially berries) and cut portions down. I’ve lost a lot of weight (fat) and feelings of hunger were negligible. In fact I was more hungry before because of blood sugar swings I think.

    Forget about calorie restriction and crash diets. Do a complete reprogramming of your mind and view food as nutrients and medicine. I did this and I don’t miss anything that I used to eat nor do I have cravings. The fear of diabetes helps a lot but for too long I was neglecting my diet and thinking lifting alone was counterbalancing the damage I was doing by my eating habits. This kick in the ass put me on the right path and I’m never looking back.

      Fricking this. I did the same thing and its done wonders for fat loss and controlling hunger, it was a complete game changer, the blood sugar swings is very real. I feel like Refined sugar and excessive carbs are what are really fricking people up these days, especially the sugar.

    you aren't hungry (malnourished). stomach rumbling means that your stomach has been fully emptied and that you COULD eat again, not that you should. all you have to do is wait an hour or so and your "hunger" is gone.

    For me it's 1.5 mg Semaglutide a week. Also, I drink a lot of alcohol and do cocaine while drinking so that also helps not eating.

    Lower the carbs, increase protein, eliminate sugar and it will help feeling hungry in between meals. Caffeine can help too.

    If I just eat boiled eggs and protein shakes and maybe like a steak or fish here or there, keep it around 800-1000 calories a day and continue to lift, I think I can drop 20lbs in 2 weeks

    Ok, listen, very few people here have any real suggestion based of facts or reality. My suggestion is, as it is not only backed by science, but I've bee living it myself for over 10 years. The gist of it is this: No matter how much broccoli you eat, you wont get fat.
    To be more serious, eat as much and as often as you need to to not be hungry, but CHOOSE WHAT YOU EAT. Just, you know, DONT EAT FAT. Its that simple. Eat as much fruits and veggies as you can to fill your stomach, and stop eating junk food or adding oil to everything. Its not rocket science. Look at the fat in your food and make smart choices. Do you even know haw filling a whole carrot can be? You should try.
    I eat huge, tasty meals. I mean plate filled from edge to edge. And snack whenever I feel like, and I'm a perfect slim weight. Lots of veggies, fruits, nuts, whole grains, beans, all with delicious sauces, spices, etc... Just,... Just stop eating fats man.
