Here’s mine lately. Lamb shoulder bone in, thick diced beef; browned. Onion and carrot; browned. Potatoes, bone broth, tomato purée, bunch of Mediterranean herbs. Slow cooker 8 hours. Skim fat off the top if you want. Meat pulls apart off bone, make a roux and stir in to thicken. Thick, tasty, can serve with rice or veg etc.
I make a lot of weeb curry with the dry spice blend I ordered online and go with half the rice twice to potatoes, and peas. It's good enough I can eat 4 or 5 times a week to save money because it's pretty cheap.

No. I used stock from yesterdays meal, sauteed meat first, onions too, potatoes and veggies
