Ideally before every workout. If you’re at a constant state of feeling full that’s a good thing. As with anything monitor your results and cut back if you’re gaining too much fat.

4 tbsps of peanut butter
2 tbsps of honey
2 bananas
2 scoops of the whey you own (I use chocolate) (you'll see why)
Milk (however much you want)

Blended together you get a 1.4k calorie, 198 carb, 91 protein, and 44 fat chocolate and peanut butter shake

What are you talking about? It's impossible for the body to be infinitely efficient (eg fatties who claim to eat only 800 calories a day or something) but it's entirely possible for the body to be stupidly inefficient, that doesn't break any laws at all

Milk(3%), Pecans/walnuts, dates, and dark chocolate(bakers chocolate comes in large volumes). These are my bulking gotos, High cal, low satiety, and tasty as frick. Nor are they complete trash.

If you’re really having trouble. Eat slightly more than you normally would but snack on a cliff bar every two hours. They get expensive when you eat 8+ per day but that will give you enough calories and protein in addition to what you already eat to gain sufficient mass.
High density foods. Eat like a pig and train high intensity. Sleep a lot. Be consistent.
3 tips:
-Make protein shakes with Peanut butter, milk, oil, protein powder, oats, bananas.
-eat fatty meats, don't go for lean cuts. 70/30 beef has an insane amount of calories.
-spread meals out, eat 3 meals and a few snacks (bananas, yogurt etc... don't go for junk)
Eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.
Stay the hell away from oats. It will block your gains.
This will sound crazy but bear with me. Just cut until getting even leaner starts to get hard. You'll probably get to 140lb & now you'll actually be hungry & have a natural appetite & will be able to slowly bulk with whatever foods you like. You're struggling because you're someone who was made to be 8-12% bodyfat living in a world of people who are most comfortable at like 18-22% bodyfat
Drink a gallon of whole milk a day, you might not like it at first, but you get comfortable with it and start to crave it. A single gallon has 2400 calories. I've replaced water with milk when at home. If you do that and eat solid food, you'll gain mass 100%.

Depends on how big of a departure you really want to take from your normal diet. I eat a lot of rice and noodles so for me that just involved adding a little more fat in the form of an oil I infused with chili, garlic, ginger ect and just using it as a really high calorie condiment.

As someone who is also skinny I like to do huel (400 calories) + peanut butter (190 calories) + milk (300 calories)
I do that twice a day. You can also make oatmeal with milk and peanut butter. Basically just drinking as much milk and eating as much peanut butter as I can since its easy to drink stuff.
How do you deal with peanut butter and your blender?
I have a faucet with a spray nozzle and i spray it down with warm water and just leave it to dry until i use it again. Same with the cup i use for the huel. sometimes its a b***h but its the easiest way I could consume 900~ calories.
First, drink a lot of water. Like 3L a day, it'll expand your stonach. Then, for dinner, eat some rice and ground beef (and season it dude). Whole milk is a good source of fat and protein, have that with oatmeal in the mornings. Unsalted peanuts are a great source of fat and protein as well, they form a good healthy snack. Finally, eat some plain yoghurt, with optional fruit if ya wanna. It also had a good amount of fat and protein. Highest priority is getting that dinner and breakfast down, lunch you'll have to choose yourself.

If I feel like I didn't eat enough I drink another scoop of whey in a shake.

Ok OP, like many people have already said, it's extremely unlikely (close to impossible) for a 150lbs person to need 3.5k kcal to gain weight. So please honestly answer some of these questions for us:

Im 20lbs bigger than you but in the same boat. Drinking calories is easier so a bulking shake with 100g oats and 50g peanut butter, milk and whey is an ez way to get your calories in. Besides that I would make a huge batch of rice or other carbs you can eat alot of. Nuts + dark chocolate and chips are good snacks, I sometimes eat frozen pizza to get to my calories but its not ideal. Last thing is, its better to eat close to 4000kcal since your metabolism is good enough to shed extra fat you gain
