they goated with the sauce fr fr no cap, try doing them kneeling and with one side at a time though shit feels like bliss and you get a nice forearm pump in by squeezing hard and curling the wrist in at the bottom of the pull
>try doing them kneeling and with one side at a time
Do you still pull the bar straight down facing the cable like in OP's picrel, or do you do it at an angle?
This movement helped me feel my lats with vertical and horizontal pulls and as a result was able to lift heavier more reps sets volume etc on all my pulls
>no pullover machine in my gym
I cope by doing these with an incline bench, cable machine and the dual cable long bar attachment, feels amazing and works serratus like nothing else
Saw the biggest trainer in my gym doing this about a year after I got into lifting and copied it. He gave me a look when he saw me doing them, kek. Very good lat exercise
I had the same problem but then tried the small neutral grip v bar with slow controlled eccentric and started to get good burn in the lats, sore as frick also
You're definitely doing something wrong then
Lat pulldown is to just above your collar bone, and you're supposed to do a slight hold.
Imagine you're doing an unassisted pull-up from a deadhang.

I enjoy using the lat pulldown bar for this
also started this but with ropes rather than the long bar
the stability makes it 10x better
I've seen this machine ONCE in my life and I have been in hundreds of gyms (still dyel lol)
Just do pullups you fricking homosexuals
Post back you lazy Black person.
Do pullups
You never did any.
Do pullups.
Clearly didn't work for you. Despite doing pull ups you have no actual Back.
People like you are absolute morons. You can do both + rows and have an actual Back. But you want to LARP.
I'm reading a lot of criticism from homosexuals who have yet to post body
Thanks m8

post body dyel trannies, you don't even go to the gym
I like to do them single handed and get a few assisted reps at the end using my other hand
>Burns like crazy

I don't feel lat pulldowns at all. Is it a good idea to swap them out for cable pullovers?
