    I do it about 6 weeks a year I've found like my personal meta being

    3 heavy lettuce pork loin "burritos" it's like taco ingredients but you pack it so full of spring greens or 50/50 blend and roll it like a burrito. Have egg drop soup before bed with a little cabbage or broccoli in it. They're all easy to make it's just kind of expensive.

        Keto allows 20-50g of carbs per day depending on your activity levels. You can absolutely fit in some sweet potatoes or cheese in small portions, or even nuts on occasion. Fiber isn't counted so that's what makes cruciferous vegetables a good option any time. Keto isn't as restrictive as people think, they're just addicted to sugar and goyslop and don't understand how to eat a whole foods diet.
