Keto allows 20-50g of carbs per day depending on your activity levels. You can absolutely fit in some sweet potatoes or cheese in small portions, or even nuts on occasion. Fiber isn't counted so that's what makes cruciferous vegetables a good option any time. Keto isn't as restrictive as people think, they're just addicted to sugar and goyslop and don't understand how to eat a whole foods diet.
I love Keto. It's been the easiest to eat on. I hate trying to eat huge portions of starchy vegetables because 'muh carbs'. Enjoy your stink farts, upset stomach, and emotional rollercoaster you carbgays.
