      I got it in my first 2 years by training only barbell rows. didn't even squat much) it's just a bad lift. RDL upright row and rear delt flies are much better plus pull ups mog why would I do a power shitting movement? Strength doesn't matter looking good does

      Also not many ppl can dl 405 and most don't even need to spend time on such a dumb lift

              How is RDL better for hypertrophy? isn't it just a deadlift but your legs are straight? what if i do 8-rep deadlifts with a controlled descent? genuine question i'm pretty new to RDLs i do them after my deadlifts but only because i've always deadlifted but focusing more on hypertrophy now

              Deadlift at a high rep just seem to lose it's benefit, cuz like it's a strength movement. RDL has that stretch and tension all thru out the movement while deadlift has a pause

              Also you should just alternate between RDL and deadlift so they won't lose their performance
