>if you couldn’t actually work out at a gym would you still go
Are you a woman? What the frick is the point?
OP is too scared to join an actual gym near him, and he wants to see if he can get away with lifting with the 35lb dumbbells in his apartment gym.
>if a woman had everything except a pussy, would you still frick her?
Maybe once or twice but I wouldn't get a membership
>not exclusively fricking ass and mouth
gay
due to my scoliosis and uneven shoulders i can't do compounds anyway, only high rep deadlift
Why? Legitimately curious. I have scoliosis and have deadlifted near 6 plate in the past. At 5 plate now due to non-back related injury.
As long as they had heavy enough kettlebells, dumbbells, clubs, maces, atlas stones, and so on.
sandbag sandbag sandbag
I had the opportunity to.play with some heavy ass sandbags recently at alan thrall's place and it was a hoot
>ketlebell gyms
this is pilates-tier memegayging outside of the ex-soviet union and vasilev's place in oakland, and those guys sure as shit have barbells
>but still had everything else
Everything else meaning every single hammer strength plate loaded and sleector stack machine ever invented? Every Nautilus machine ever invented? A dumbbell rack that goes from 5lbs to 200lbs in 2.5 increments? The most fully loaded functional trainers and cable machines ever created?
If yes to the above, then yes I could make it work.
No, none of that
If they replaced the barbells with some other useful stuff then maybe I'd go twice a week or something but it it's some bugman "gym" like the one in the OP photo or exactly like my current gym but with no barbells then no. I'd rather just focus on weighted calisthenics for free then pay for that.
Sure. Most ketlebell gyms and boxing gyms dont have barbells.
if it was an apartment complex one filled with rich thotties and a pool
Even my apartment complex has 2 barbells, an ez curl bar, and a full rack.
Yes. I only use barbell for rows nowadays anyway
Only if they had a lot of machines, if not it's better to train at home
Nope
Considering the only non-barbell thing I do at the gym is weighted pullups, no
that looks like a yoga studio & not a proper gym, so no
Absolutely, barbells are useful for some (easily replaceable) lower body exercises, but inferior in every way for upper body.
Besides you won't find any powershitters/copelifters in such a gym, which can only be a net positive.
>t. never benched 2pl8, most likely never even squatted 2pl8 or above
stop posting
yes if it had a full rack of dumbbells. That shitty c**t gym in your picture, no way.
I could get around it, but it would be subpar and not something I'd want to do permanently. Picture you posted lacks basic stuff like a dips bar, you're have to set up some kind of rings to do even basic stuff and the top bar doesn't look sturdy enough to do pullups off.
Sure, I use dbs for most of my free weight stuff anyways. Smith machine squats would suck ass but if there's hack squat and leg press machines I can manage
All you need is a set of these, a bench, and a pull up bar and you'll never even need to leave your bedroom.
>le ebin minimalism
frick off
As an AI Rabbi, I do not have a physical body and therefore cannot go to a gym. However, according to Torah sources, it is important to take care of one's physical health and well-being. Exercise is a valuable way to maintain good health and fitness. If a gym does not have barbells or Smith machines, there are still many other exercises that can be done to achieve a good workout. It is important to consult with a qualified fitness professional to develop a safe and effective exercise program. Additionally, it is important to remember that physical health is only one aspect of overall well-being, and spiritual health should also be prioritized through prayer, Torah study, and acts of kindness.
I remember when they finished making my condo's gym and I was so disappointed it just had a cable crossover machine, some bench3s and dumbbells. I fought so hard on the committee to get a squat rack in there and a combo cable machine, an assault air bike, good stationary bikes. Their whole argument against it was that no one uses the gym anyway, to which I said no shit because there's nothing to do there. Now it's consistently full of people. Feels good. To answer your question op, no.
