There's various methods to hide PED use, also
    >up to 3 weeks
Even if that were the case, youi could then blast for months and come off 3 weeks before the competition
    >but random testing
only in civilized countries, china and iran don't care and prep up their atheletes that's why they dominate oly lifting
also it's not like people don't get caught when new methods for testing for PEDs show up, they keep urine samples etc and some people have been retroactively stripped off their medals 1-3 years after, happens all the time

Im an American college football player. probably going to go pro, if i dont get hurt. and I've never done PED's. maybe because of my position, I've never really felt the need to do them, nor do I want to. But I do get IV's a lot before games just to keep me hydrated.

Most common is urine testing. They generally have some idea of testing protocols. If they know they’ll have multiple days without a testing risk they can just take a short ester. If even that is iffy they can take a suspension in water. rigorous testing can definitely have some effect though. Look at the before/after when ufc started using usada testing (which they’ve recently dropped). Once you’ve used you can tell
          > 100 percent of the time — not maybe — use USADA by example,” Sonnen said on his YouTube channel. “Very good, not 100 percent. 100 percent of the time, Chael’s eye test will be right. Not maybe. I assume that other people in the know had the same skill that I did. Now, other users do. We all know our own
If you’re telling the truth pretty much everyone ranked ahead of you is using. I would get on

And you have to remember they only take Blood and Urine samples.

The frauding professional athletes do is not the same as the frauding you or I could do

There is an issue in football or soccer as some call it, where tons of players are "diagnosed" asthmatic so they can get away with used inhalers pre game and half time. It is just one of many ways they cheat but it's the least cheaty way so they don't mind leaking that info to the media so the media don't dig any deeper

      22 out of 35 of Liverpool's players "have" asthma. That's 62%. In the general population it's 7%.

Not to mention elite athletes are way less likely to have asthma because it's a disadvantage. Simply put there's no way 62% of liverpool's squad has asthma, the chances it's a coincidence are basically 0.

Look at Mohammed Salah's physique, it's almost impossible to get and maintain that much muscle while running 5-8 miles a game (players typically play 2-3 games a week) + intense training everyday + strength and conditioning. Their maintenance is probably 4-5k calories + depending on the size of the player. You just cannot eat enough to build muscle with that kind of calorie requirement.

Not to mention an anonymous premier league insider said on an interview that "Plenty of high profile players pop for PEDs but the higher ups step in and cover it up, every once in a while they ban players who tested positive to keep the facade up."

you want a comparison to soccer players, nhl players. they eat about 5-6k Cals a day. before game after game on flights after flights. 99% of them look completely DYEL despite the need for strength.

What kind of moronic comment is this? I can eat 6-8k calories per day while my maintenance is 2k. Sometimes I just genuinely wonder how big of a b***h you need to be to think that eating is the hard part.

I know exactly how and what healthy people eat and they don't go over 3k while eating 3 meals, so to eat 6 to 8 means you have to eat garbage and you can't be thin. Post body

Oof anon, you do t understand. You saying you are having a history of obesity and you have no issue having a crazy day. I get it but it’s not the same as being a elite athlete who has to eat to perform. I bet you don’t feel so great day 30 into your every day 8k cal diet.
Sam Sulek is blasting Gs like no tomorrow, the whole pallet and he bulks on 5k per day and eats „dirty“ af and he ultimately gave up his last bulk because he just couldn’t get it in consistently anymore and stopped gaining weight.

Long story short you are not everyone. Go talk to asking dude in the gym about his woes trying to gain weight. You are not everyone

hats only possible if you're abnormal genetically, like that 5'2 jap girl that eats tons of food, or you're very fat. Your stomach gets smaller the leaner you are and if you eat a high protein diet it gets exponentially more difficult since protein fills you up really fast

There is practically no way he is natty and occams razor will tell you that he 100% isnt because his livelihood depends on this shit. To the average guy its no 'worse' than working any menial labor job, of course it all depends on your dosages.

Most take PEDs in the offseason or while they are injured. That's why is more common to see PED usage in sports were its easy to get injured. UFC and football come to mind in PED usage of guys who get injured, and most of the time the organizations don't care because if they are injured they aren't making money.

Bribe source. Or, the federation don't care. Or, the federation is bribed to not look. Or, there's no public authority pressure. Or public authority is being bribed. Or, there's no sponsor pressure.
You can safely assume if there's a money prize people will take any advantage they can get away with. Take notes, they're not playing for fun, nor for your entertainment.
