I dont count but i know for a fact my breakfast alone: 125g oats, 250ml milk, 30g almonds, 20g dark chocolate is like around 500 calories alone. This is not the biggest meal i eat in a day the biggest is a big plate of pasta with tomato based sauce which contains meat/fatty fish and a generous amount of olive oil

I’m pretty sure my calculated TDEE is a little low because as a recovering fatty I’m probably a little self-serving with my eyeballing of certain things, but it works since I’m ultimately adjusting the estimate against movement on the scale and my self-serving habits are relatively scaleable.
