        not really, i know its possible as long as you just do it enough. i ate chips and had diet soda and im way shorter im 5'6 and i actually ate more. you will be fine bro. just remember the more protein you eat the better the results by a lil bit, and the pumps will be the biggest deal, look into alcar for looking way stronger it makes your veins pop

            You can get really good without any tracking, to that body if you want, you just need to diet for the last part if you wanna be extra lean. If you wanna, just do it fat then at the end go low calorie or keto, or something to remove the bloat. Eating crappy carbs will make you look like the Michelin Man, being well hydrated is another bad thing for aesthetics too. I actually recently got fat recently doing calistenics and eating a lot. I actually "tracked" this time and tried to gain about 500-1000 calories per day and I am fasting it away now. I weigh like 136lb in the pic I am 144 now after gaining to 155.

              The fat will help me get some gains yeah? I'm actually coming off a bulk and was wondering if cutting without tracking will make me lose my gains because I use resistance bands for back stuff but my lats look good.
              If that's your body with no tracking then let's gooooo. Im still soft so I'll just cut and keep training. You're the best, man x)

                You can do it but if you add cardio, just like 2 miles a day, about 6k steps you can do no tracking. You can walk, and if you got to college you should be good just from that.
                I agree; you need to gain weight to look good which is why I do heavy bulks, and the weight loss will help you on the bars. When your performance gets way better you will know you are losing weight rapidly, like going from 3-5 pullups one day to like 10 cause you dropped a few lb. This was me doing weight and not tracking, I don't have any pics of me bulking with calistenics from that time with me. If you wanna cheat a little and need to look good for a few days, it is easy to dump all your water with no carbs, no salt, then you will look way better and with more veins. Remember just walk a bit in the summer, sweat out the bad water, look leaner and you don't need to diet. Telling you guys my secrets since I have a wonderful gf now.

                My push ups during my bulking hard phase were 25 max in the first set and 10 in other sets
                Now it's 30-40 max and 20 in other sets so I guess I'm dropping the weight ahaha

                Good luck man! Don't neglect your cardio, you can't outrun a bad diet but you can outrun an average diet. Since you keep it social and fun I'm sure you will make it! Protip: make sure you like what you're doing and not doing it for the results. I don't weight lift anymore at all its not fun to me, and if you do a lot of pushups you can weight them so you can do less, unless you love pushups. I love pullups so I do them all the time whenever I see a bar, and I also climb buildings or fences for fun. Basketball is a good way to do cardio.

                I'm not tracking, but I walk about 8-11 miles a day. Do I need to eat more to avoid ending up as twig?

                well dude you can do trail mix and try to move shit like branches and carrying stones or moving them. In that pic I was 136 and DYEL in a shirt, be sure to eat plenty of shit like peanut butter and other superfoods like your favorite candy.

        I'm 183, and eat about 900 more calories than that, and I still have a hard time gaining weight. You'll go Auschwitz mode if you eat that little and do any sort of serious excercise

            i have a protein bar in the morning (mars protein bar, 20g protein, 200 calories, 28g something carb, usually pre-workout), and a couple chicken breasts with some hashbrowns in the evening (roughly 100-110g protein) and then 2 scoops of protein whey (50g protein)

            and if my calories are too low cause i dont want to lose muscle i just have whatever else for 100-200calories

    Focus a lot on pull ups and pike press variations and with the right ammount of protein you could get it. Just twice a week, you dont wanna get injured

    Protip from my own experience:

    Eat the same breakfast and lunch everyday. Work out the calories and protein for it. Make sure you hit your protein goal. Then just have a calorie cap for dinner / snacks. This is the easiest way to stay within a calorie goal I think.

    you couldn't maintain that level of musculature with that kind of calorie deficit. If you mean cutting on 1500-1800 calories then yeah you'd lose fat but probably also lose more muscle than intended as well. a cut of 2000-2200 would probably be better assuming your tdee is about 2500

    You technically only need to track calories and protein. As long as you have enough carbs to function and enough fat to not die, it doesn’t matter that much how much of each you eat.

    yeah, you can do it easy. picrel is my body right now. i eat very little (but try to stay high protein) and just do bodyweight exercises in my bedroom. i’m still DYEL but i half ass fitness, so it’s feasible.

    I eat 3000-3500 calories (guessing) and
    I have a body like that, but more defined. Granted, I generally burn 1000-1500 calories from exercise 5-6 days a week.
