    I do legs (just squats and deadlifts) once a week for definition and strength, not volume. And run every workout. I hate huge legs. Ruins your upper body imo.

      You're both wrong. He looks bad but it's literally just because he's not lean enough. Sure, there are some proportion issues, but if he was lean then he'd look good enough overall that nobody would care enough to hone in on them.

    Sure. That's the better alternative. Only retareds train legs. Im obviously being a little obnoxious here, but if your goal isnt to compete or powerlift, then training legs just has ltierally zero ROI if not negative like with Will for example.

    Guys with big upper bodies and no legs look fricking moronic. It seriously looks comical and stupid. I’ve dated several gym girls too and they all mocked guys like this when we’d workout together. It’s equivalent to a girl who gets a fake ass but otherwise doesn’t workout, it doesn’t look right.

      Tumor legs are just as comical. You want a V taper not a / taper. Girls don't care if your legs are untrained as long as they aren't sticks. Have a little meat on your bones from running and maybe squat once a week.

      You don't need to do 3 leg days a week, 5 different leg exercises, and eat oats to have ok legs

    I'm not saying huge quads look good but a major reason why his quads look exaggerated in that photo is that his legs are anglefrauding at a 45 degree angle (look at where his knees are pointing) while his upper body is relaxed. You can see a similar thing in this photo of Arnold. Obviously both legs are huge but the left leg looks more narrow and normal whereas the right one has that giant look to it. If he was just standing normally with his knees facing forwards his quads wouldn't look nearly as big relative to the rest of his body.

    you need to hit legs at least once a week. You can use machines or whatever pussy shit you want but you need to resistance train your legs. You're have to do weird cardio for leg development like frog jumping around like a moron or hill sprints. My HS did stadium workouts to double as conditioning and strength training and it was pretty good. It's basically going up stairs then down stairs backwards a bunch of times.
