    They used to call it paleo, suppose someone didn't like oatmeal and rice and keto happened. The diet isn't the issue though. If you're not legume phobic, not already morbidly obese (keto doesn't work on you) and can cook. It's not a bad option.

    If you're a morbidly obese lazy piece of shit and going on keto, it isn't going to work because the food isn't the issue. Its the fat frick that can't manage themselves. In most cases I've seen is those people get much much fatter

        Yup. Marketing is all it is. The reality you can limit what you eat and physically active you'll lose weight. But that's a practice of mindfulness combined with not being lazy most don't understand. Hard to sell eat less and excersice in a handy packet of 'keto drinks' (liquid meth) and 'keto bread' (look like bread, tastes like sand. 20 bucks for a tiny loaf of bread.)

    More meat consumption = Higher GDP. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure this out, just a few minutes of consideration. Ask yourself how certain foods are made, how many hands touch a hog before it touches your plate at Applebees, etc. Each step is a creation of wealth in secondary economies.

    Shortest and most efficient sequence: Farmer plants rice with machines, harvests rice with machines, rice is processed with machines, put in bag, and you buy it. Takes about 20 people to do that whole process, and the least competent among them is probably the truck driver (no offense).

    TLDR, eating meat excessively is good for the economy and what is good for the economy is good for America. What is good for America is bad for the European races of man, because America is a grotesque Anti-European shit show, a racially moronic economic zone. It needs to be destroyed. Stop interfacing with the economy in frivolous ways.

    Carbs are nothing more then to get calories in cheap and quick. They dont add any value besides being really tasty if it is sweet stuff.

    Back in the day when families still lived very rural and the man had to do heavy manual labor, there just wasnt any other way but to serve a huge amount of potatoes and a very fatty sauce together with the meat. You cant feed a motherfricker burning 4000 calories a day just with the best cuts of meat.

      They used to add a little bit of extra value but modern goyslop propaganda wants you to eat refined carbs so you are missing on:

      - Minerals and vitamins contained in stuff like wheat germ.
      You may ask yourself, why did they remove it? keeping it, for example in the case of pasta, can reduce shelf life of products hence lowering profits.
      - Fibers contained in the outer shell of cereals, great way to have a healthy gut microbiota which is linked to an immense amount of benefits.

      The belief that carbs make you fat or unhealthy is a meme.

      A good diet is made out of unrefined carbs, lots of vegetables (especially from the Brassicaceae family, but also seasonal stuff), fruits, lean meat, wild fishes and high quality fats (Olive oil, Avocado oil, ..).

      Being a healthy human being is not rocket science but if you ware born in a family that force you to eat microwaved ultraprocessed stuff and you are not willing to improve then you are doomed and your life expectancy is fricked.

    Low carb is the best diet for everyone. Most people do not need more than 50-60 grams of carbs daily. I follow that, and I exercise/lift 6 days a week for an hour a day.
    Cheap, abundant super sugary slop food did not become readily available until the 70's. And since our brains are wired to gorge on carbs when we find a source of them as a survival mechanism, we have a shitload of fatties. It is their fault making poor choices still. And it is more expensive to not eat peasant food like bread and pasta. The trick is you cook your own food, every meal.

    It is like the gasoline of the body.
    You want ample stores of glycogen.
    Keto diets probably make these stores nonexistent.
