Mewing is physically impossible. To change people's jaws even during puberty they had to use metal and wires and when you're older you have to have your jaw broken for it.

You know we have jaw muscles, right?

      >metal and wires
to emulate the pressure that is naturally put on those bones by muscles, the tongue is the most powerful muscle of the body because it has to be self structuring, you know the old thing moms would say to kids making faces, if you keep making that face it will get stuck that way, its kinda true, however you hold your face most often will kinda change how it looks as you age
I dont think anyone can go from leafyishere to dolph lundgren but like it helps me breathe better too i dont think theres any reason no to give it a shot

wrong, palatal expansion via a palate expander. takes 1 year, will most probably cause discomfort during expansion period. combine with heavy chewing to develop jaw musculature.
chad in 1 year or keep crying forever, you heard it here first

Nah. Depends how fricked you are to start with. I was a mouthbreather because my nose got injured a few times and cartilage built up inside. Now that I've had surgery I can go closed mouth and mewing does help open the airways up even more. Definitely seeing a physical difference but it has taken like at least a year.

Masseter muscles grow from clenching your jaw when lifting heavy. Should’ve started lifting earlier bud

Why did DNA nerf me like this

Mewing doesn’t do shit. You’re not significantly changing your jaw structure with just tongue position. All the online influencers that promote mewing got plastic surgery and pawn it off as mewing so people don’t judge them.

do you deny that teeth can move? do you think that maybe if the face muscles around the mouth were repositioned the teeth may shift in a way that makes the jaw and cheekbones more prominent than they were

    Mewing worked for me
However, my jaw is very high up near my ear so i have zero semblance of angle or structure and if i work it out it just makes my face seem wider and rounder.

        Synthol?

It's just hyaluronic acid in most cases. It's a fairly cheap and quick procedure, done in like 15 minutes. It lasts like 6-12 months then it needs to be redone. There's also calcium hydroxylapatite that lasts up to 2 years and PMMA can last up to 3 years.

After a few months of doing it infrequently on my commute, I am now about to get my top teeth in behind my bottom teeth when I push hard.

I was never able to do this before. I don't know if I've just made my jaw more flexible or if I've actually moved where my jaw sits naturally

Can't remember if it was Rocky Marciano or Jack Dempsey who talked about this, but one of them used to chew some kind of really hard gum to train the jaw
    Considering doing that myself

You can't change the bones and jaw muscles only have a nice shape if you flex them, which you can't do 24/7 without everyone considering you a moron.

it works but you have to be lean or lean up your face otherwise it just makes it rounder
