If raw meat is bad then why is nothing coming even close to it?

Especially the more fat it has. Here are the consequences of eating high quality untreated raw meat:

Why is nothing coming even close to it if it's so bad? I have yet to find any other food having such benefits.

        Jesus christ, kid. Single-ingredient foods are recommended by basically everyone to make gains, (meat, rice, veggies, etc.). Meaning not overly processed garbage. Vegans get the same placebo effect in the beginning until the lack of essential nutrients break them down.

      Stop playing video games, it doesn’t work like that. Best way to eat red meat is seared for a crust, and basically raw in the middle. Fish is best raw, poultry and pork cooked, but poultry and pork aren’t as good as red meat or fish.

      I experienced the same thing on a cooked carnivore-ish diet, but it eventually faded. I'd definitely recommend trying raw liver or tuna sashimi. They both make me feel incredible.
