If you are a NEET should you wake up with no alarm and just let your body sleep as much as it needs or should you use an alarm?

she wakes up to HWD [HUGE WHITE DICK]

how upsetting. Who would want a humiliated white dicklet in the morning?
Baby black wiener cope
>cope
>literal years of bbc spam cause 1 autist to try to force a white dick meme
Try looking in a mirror.

wake up around the same time every day if you can. better to wake up naturally but don't sleep in
If I were a neet, I would practice good sleep hygiene and go to bed when the sun goes down and wake naturally to the sunrise.
How'd you do that practically?
There is not a single fricking NEET that is capable of doing that. So the answer is, you don't.
>going to bed at 5pm in the winter.
what a dipshit loser you are
So you are a cool guy if you go to sleep late?
This is for NEETs
They already lost
Doesn't really matter you have no agency or resources
I'm not.
Wake up with an alarm until you have decent enough sleep hygiene where you naturally wake up at the desired time. I naturally wake up around 6-6:30 after years of setting my alarm for 6. Eventually your body will start getting tired around the proper time to wake rested in the morning. It's all about establishing rhythms, don't force your body to stay up later than you feel (get off IST, turn off games, etc) and you'll find yourself falling asleep when you need.
you should go to sleep at a good hour and wake up at a good hour.
you get "enough" sleep at around 8 hours, but if you leave it to yourself without an alarm or clock you will stay in bed despite your nature instead of rising.
No alarm, but get consistent sleep.
Elden ring has a high density of QT's
I mean, I wouldn't reckon you oughta just wake up without an alarm. Doing things because they feel good (Like wanting to sleep in) are fine every now and again, but just because you want to do something or it feels good doesn't mean it's good for you.
Fast food tastes good but is bad for you. No-one is happy to hear an alarm clock, but waking up at a semi decent time is good for you.
Also, don't be a neet. Nobody likes working but Neet-dom is it's own brand of shit as far as I can tell.
>that filename
You are autistic beyond hope, stay golden beautiful bastard
>be neet
>sleep 9 hours a night
>awake for 16-17 hours
>25 hour days
Every day I wake up 1 hour later or so. How bad is this and how do I make it stop.
Unironically just don't look at a screen at the end of your day. Id say 1 to 2 hours before you think you should go to bed read actual book. No ebook bullshit. Will both be good for you to read something and makes you sleepy.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Non-24-hour_sleep–wake_disorder
there's no fixing it
Can I get disability for this?
if it stops you from being able to be employed and live a normal functioning life then yes
>>awake for 16-17 hours
This is the normal amount of wake hours a person has in his days.
>Every day I wake up 1 hour later or so. How bad is this and how do I make it stop.
I really wish i knew how. The only thing that worked for me was not being a NEET. I'll literally go to bed at 6 in the morning, then 9 in the morning, then 12, then 15, 18, etc and so on. ROUND AND ROUND AHAHAHAHAH
You don't go to sleep for a day and go to sleep early the next day. You don't push it because you are doing something else at that moment and you don't feel as sleepy anymore, you go to fricking sleep at an early hour. Turn everything off and lay in bed for hours if you need to.
"Boring" Frick you.
You set an alarm for a nice early time of the day and you throw yourself off bed, literally, even if you slept for two hours and woke up way before the alarm.
You continue going to sleep and waking up at the same time, and throwing yourself off bed when you do it. No extra hour or whatever, that way you will start sleeping properly at the set times instead of forcing yourself, because your body will eventually actually need the sleep.
It will get fixed if you do shit in your day isntead of fooling around without any motives or drive, just to suddenly find shit to do when your day should be ending and you stay awake all night.
Also exercise and easte energy if you don't.
Do shit.
Funny, I thought this was normal. I didn‘t keep track of course, but I‘m pretty sure I was on 27 hour long days naturally. Day-Night cycles weren‘t a thing to me anymore and the days would bleed into each other. I also ended up disabling all my clocks so I didn‘t even know the time either, unless I used my phone.
being forced to wake up is killing your health. modern society making us wake up early is literely torture.
Depends on how much you're sleeping and what hours.
Get 7-9 hours, you should probably be out of bed by 10am at the latest, between 5am and 8am is better
Use "Sleep as Android". It will wake you up according to your sleep cycles and your target time. This way you don't feel like shit when waking up, but it will very likely wake you earlier than your target time.
the whole point of being a NEET is to go to bed whenever you want and wake up whenever you want, homosexual
One pretty awesome thing about COVID is that I only go into work one day a week and don't really set an alarm anymore.
I just wake up whenever and start working remote whenever, my boss doesn't care as long as I get shit done.
Honestly glad covid happened, this will be the norm for software developers for the rest of my life.
>tomboy not sorted but likely contains abs, muscles and short hair
I'm on IST and YouTube most of the night.
I only sleep 6 hours but I don't waste much energy in the day so it's fine.
You can get too much sleep, but basically you can't go wrong setting your alarm to allow for a ten hours sleep window. If you're working out regularly you pretty much need more than a normal person's 8 hours because you're blasting your muscles and nervous system.
When I was a NEET I was completely scheduleless. I ate when I was hungry, drank when I was thirsty, and slept when I was tired. Simple as.

You may just be the first ever OP in the entire history of mankind to not be a homosexual.
How closely aligned is modern NEET philosophy with ancient Buddhism/Taoism?
Sleep when you're tired.
Drink when you're thirsty.
Eat when you're hungry.
Reject modernity.
I just sleep as much as I want, but I keep going to sleep later and waking up later each day. It's really annoying because I can't go anywhere for like 1 week out of 3 due to being awake at night.
strong women make my pp feel funny
NEET speaking. I finished high school 6 months ago and find myself dreaming much more often than when I was stressed out in school, staying up late to study or procrastinate for tests. I never used to dream. Now every night I have crazy adventures with old friends who I haven't seen in years.
Just thought I'd share. I know that dreaming is a sign of high quality sleep because it occurs in the REM phase of your sleep, if I'm not mistaken. It feels great. I feel a lot more human than I have in recent years. Waking up naturally without needing to be somewhere at a certain time is great too. I get to contemplate my dream(s) and it puts me in a great mood. Any other NEETs experience this change?
When I crawl out of the shower and into my neatly made bed without any responsibilities weighing me down, I feel like I'm back in my mother's womb.
I dream every day weird but cool dreams. Usually about the friends i had and school, train trips and boat.
