If I see you in the gym doing that I’ll come up behind and start humping your butt in those tight spandex shorts and there’s nothing you can do because you have all that heavy weight on your back
i prefer the seated version over standing. the standing good morning doesn't really offer a significant advantage over a normal RDL, whereas the seated version isolates the lower back and stretches the adductors.
Any hip hinge with relatively straight legs will have high involvement of the hamstrings

>seated GM >weighted back extensions >jefferson curls
Easiest way to get an unbreakable spine
The goodmorning is a a great lift that trains the muscles of the hips and strengthens your spines ability to brace. If you prefer doing a diddly variation instead thats fine but goodmorning is MORE difficult and so it does not require as much weight, especially if you go to parallel. You do need to balance yourself if the weight is significant but breaking a bit at the knees is all that really means, not a big deal
Oh yeah? and your homosexual how about that?
I don't smoke, thank you very much.
I don't do them because I like RDLs more, I've done them a lot in the past though
based
How, explain the risk of injury, is the low back/spine
You are dyel because you are at such a beginner level that there is no risk of injury.
don't have a squat rack, I'm exempt.
I'd rather just deadlift.
I avoid this lift because RDLs give you the same gains with bonus upper back and lat stimulation.

Don't post shit like this if you're not going to follow up with body post, dyel homosexual.
Why would a natty ever post body? It doesn't matter how good they look, everyone's just going to troll them
Underaged zyzzthetics kid

you can just bend your knees a bit on a standing GM to stretch/load the adductors.
due to physics these become shit once the weight starts approaching and surpassing your own BW, which is very fast if you're not a dyel
I do Zercher deadlifts instead
If you avoid pretty much any lift because you're afraid of snap city, then you're dyel.
What's your deadlift, little guy?
200? 225?
When it gets impressive (400+) you don't need stupid shit like this
>Yeah bro, anyone with a sub-400kg deadlift is a dyel
pretty much
How is this a hamstring exercise? It's entirely glute.

Add Zercher deadlifts to that list.
I do these regularly with 120kg for reps and nothing can stop me.
you are a fat frick
