Guess I'd do bench press since it hits the front delts more than the press hits the pecs, and I can still do lateral raises and rear delt flyes for the other deltoid heads (I assume other OHP variants are off the table or I'd just DB press)
OHP because it's definitely more fun, and I honestly don't enjoy benching even after almost 3 decades of lifting. I still bench, but if it wasn't to round everything out, I wouldn't bother.
Could I add the push press if I choose OHP?
OHP is better for aesthetics (broad shoulders and develops upper pec) and for athleticism (you're not literally lying down like in the bench press).
BUT the OHP takes a long time to progress and is harder for slim people. That makes is kind of annoying if I were to do it forever...
OHP because it's more fun and since chicks care more about broad and big shoulders than decent pecs
this, proven constantly in dozens of studies. BP is strictly to impress other dudes
>and since chicks care
kys
jump off a cliff you gay homosexual
better a homosexual than a gay who lifts for modern prostitutes
you can still frick a prostitute and get with a decent chick after you tard. your dick must be the most dry thing on the planet
>MUH DICK! MUH DICK! YO DICK!
thanks for showing that youre chronically moronic

OHP hits the upper pecs, though.
Yea
Like ONLY ohp or bench and nothing else?
I'd have to choose OHP in that case.
Only as your main compound push movement. So you can still do isolations and stuff
In that case, I'd still choose OHP for the fun factor, even though you could argue bench is a better movement.
I love OHP and I love flies.

I choose incline bench press.
OHP since I've had to pick heavy shit up over my shoulders before, but never once needed to use flat bench type of movement for anything ever.

bench press so I know how much I can bench press
Bench press easilly. OHP is a meme, lat raises does more for your shoulders than that shit
