    Normally I'd say deadlifts
But now I'm gonna say squats. I'm just in a groove with them feeling good every time. Deadlifts I went a little hard last month I'm not popping the same right now gotta take it easy for a few weeks

Chin ups is the only exercise that fix my back and posture from all my desk job hours. I wouldn’t trade that for a bigger chest.

Log, even though I hate it and am shit at it. There are endless variations for log pressing that train different aspects of strength.

Uh, yeah, "Ying ang Yang," got it 2 years ago to symbolize the good in every evil and the evil in every good. I firmly believe that and it guides me in my exercise. Could you hand me another beer?
