I would choose nighttime because that way I'd work out while I'm sleep so it wouldn't take much effort
Between dinner and bedtime so I could just crash right after.
Currently I'm doing early mornings, and it just makes me tired and unproductive the rest of the day.
It really is the best sleep-aid huh.
You're not training with any intensity if you can sleep directly after a sesh.
I never said DIRECTLY after anon, I meant an hour and a half or so after, once my heart rate and body returns to baseline.
I trained in mornings so I can have a full filling meal right after.
About an hour after I wake up, a good workout sets me up for the day.

I get it done and done have to worry about it. Then I have enough time to eat breakfast, shower, and get to my 9:30 class.

"workout" is a noun; you mean "work out".
It upsets me that so many people get this wrong that eventually "workout" will just become a noun anyway.

Ideally as soon as you wake up, if something is important to you then do it the first thing in the morning then have a good breakfast and go on with your day.
Energy, mood and metabolism boost for the day is nice.

I don't get how people can lift after work, those poeple probably have a comfy office job.
I don't like the early mornings because it's full of type A morning people who have more money and social status than me and I don't like the evenings because it's full of extroverted young people who are prettier than me and want to be social and show off so I go after 11:00 p.m. when it's only sad single men getting off shift and people with something wrong with them that makes them choose not to participate on the schedule of the rest of society. After 11:00 p.m. the people are just spiders avoiding contact and their various corners of the room I'm sure as spiders if one woman walked into the middle at that hour we would all kill each other and the Survivor who makes his way to her with himself just be eaten by her.
I prefer to go to the gym early in the morning and I'm a broke loser. Stop letting your insecurities control your life.
2-3am because it's when the gym is most empty and I don't have to wait for the equipment or endure crowds of kids/brown people.

Either 10am or 6pmish if I don't need to go to bed early. Just feels better/peak energy and let's me mentally be there but my mind stays revved up for hours after and I can never sleep.
I find I workout best around 11am-12pm. It gives me time to wake up, eat, digest.
