If I were younger it makes sense getting an extra year to study in college to cheat on exams and shit, or an extra year to work out on the highschool football team coming out being 17 the beginning of your sophomore year competing with the 16 year olds that hadn't done shit yet for starting positions.
Mid 20s to 30s though, there's no edge to is. 40s and 50s you're just freaking people out that saw you last week when you walk in with noticeably more gray hair and crows feet on top of the gains.
