    If you don’t hit a muscle at least twice a week you won’t build muscle and full body twice a week isn’t a good routine. You probably have zero stamina.

      That's why you do splits and can do 2 full cycles of PPL while still having a rest day. Not that hard to understand. 2-3 days rest and still getting plenty of work in.

          Then you're a pussy who doesn't do it hard enough. Been ppl for years and I still get does, especially when I really dial it in and get a good 2-3 hour session with caffeinated focus. Just gotta switch up the accessories and variations every now and then to keep things fresh so you don't stagnate doing the same thing the same way every time.

            No because if I neglect a muscle for more than a couple of days I get doms and if I hit it consistently I don’t get doms. It’s that shrimple. I can go until my body feels busted and not get doms or I can go light after resting for five days and get doms. You don’t know shit.

      Im really starting to get sold on this. Eugene Sandow and Steve Reeves built their bodies with FB. Then you can also look at natural "modern bodybuilders" like strapon destiny and he also said that he built the majority of his physique on a full body routine. It really does seem like the absolute best of the best verified natty physiques are almost exclusive achieved by full body. Every influencers that trains 6 days a week is on roids/sarms and beginner dyels following their routine have nothing to show for.

    Half you morons train like shit anyways, forget about DOMS or whatever metric you want to use to measure what a badass you are. If you train like a body builder then you have to train like a b***h, period. Bodybuilding is about developing specific muscles by isolating them and grinding them down. You'll always be able to row more if you use your arms and back combined as opposed to just creating tension in your back while minimizing sensation in your arms. Being sore is only a good metric for powerlifters because if you're not sore then you didn't push yourself. But if you're training like a bodybuilder then it's IMPOSSIBLE not to get same day DOMS. If you don't believe me then go to the gym, load up your usual cable row weight, do a set, then do another set with half of your usual weight but only focus on moving your back and squeezing. If you are not training properly then it will open your eyes on tension should feel on your muscles and this will carry over to most other exercises. Seriously drop your ego and you will be enlightened. Most people just train to show how badass they are, they're just wasting time yanking shit to out lift other men. But once again, OP's post still stands if you are training for strength.

    Doms is actually a bad thing for natties

    If you're sore 2 days later, you did more than your body can repair and hurt your gains

    You should feel a bit achy the next day, but burning and intense soreness is bad
