Also, quit porn slowly. If you watch porn and fap three times a day, make it a goal to reduce its consumption week by week. You can continue to fap if you want, but you reduce the porn gradually
I would never limit myself to two variations and I would kill anyone who tried to make me.

Why would you need two curl variations? The bicep is 1 muscle.
There are curls that work muscles other than the biceps
But you would do exercises that isolate those muscles rather than doing another curl.
