You have to allow time for recovery so the as much as possible part is completely off. 2 times a week per muscle, 3 if you're actually on point with your sleep and in a bulk & eating enough protein.
On top of that to grow muscles you need progressive overload which means you need to lift more weight each time. Generally if you lift to failure that may work, however what would work better is doing it in a structured way that allows you to lift heavier weight in a progressive way each week, rather than just increasing reps in an unstructured way.
Once you get to a certain point, you have to periodize
