    You need to break it down into priorities of the athletic endeavor.
    Picture the activity: the competitor needs to sprint to the woman, acquire her, complete the rape, and escape.

    My priorities would be sprinting speed, conditioning for performing different high intensity activities in succession, grip strength, grappling ability, and always a bit of overall strength for general well being.

    An example could be like this, assuming this is a competitive rapist who dedicates a lot of time perfecting his craft.
    Monday- box squats, kettlebell swings, and planks in morning, BJJ practice in evening
    Tuesday- elliptical and swimming at low intensity in morning, hill sprints in evening
    Wednesday- BJJ practice only
    Thursday- push presses, pull ups, and inverted rows in morning, theorycrafting and study (play visual novels, watch aggressive pornography, storyboard imaginative rapes)
    Friday- BJJ in evening only
    Saturday- elliptical and swimming at low intensity in morning, rape or simulated rape in evening. For simulated rapes in the event you need a break from raping, try combining activities like a hill sprints>sex with Fleshlight stuck in pumpkin>bike ride to next town over
    Sunday- rest (Lord's Day)
