I meant bw, but I achieved 275 bench for a triple at 175lbs at 6’ a couple years ago. I ate whole grain bread multiple times every day and made great gains. Currently I’m 150lbs, cause I’m a poor ass college student, and can still bench 245lbs even though I have very little time to train due to school. I’m not trying to shit talk meat and potatoes since it’s a solid base, but with the weights we are at diet doesn’t effect them that much so long as you are getting enough calories and like 70g of protein a day. The biggest thing you’ll notice is your body composition. Clean diets making you look better to no surprise. You can still make gains on diet of French fries, ramen, and a mcdouble: you’d just look and feel like shit
