>Balding is six times more likely for men who have shorter index fingers than ring fingers, it has been claimed.
>In a study of almost 250 men aged above 37, experts found that those with a longer ring finger than index on their right hand were far more likely to go bald.
Pattern hair loss commonly occurs when excessive amounts of the sex hormone dihydrotestosterone are produced, interfering with the hair’s growth cycle.
>Researchers in Taiwan believe the extra finger length could be a sign of having more of this testosterone - reducing the size of hair follicles.
Is this true or bullshit IST? Can any bald anons (or anons who still have their hair) confirm that there's a correlation between your finger length and baldness?
My temples are receded quite a bit at 29 and my ring finger is longer. My little brother is like Norwood 5 and 25 dunno about his finger
mine are somewhat receded at 27 same here
>tfw same length
What now
50/50 chance
Mine are the same lenght. Now what?
It seems like the ring finger starts lower
Index finger is longer than ring, have had a matured hairline since 16 with no further hair loss in sight. Also testosterone is at 800ng/dl at 27. Checkmate catholics
Longerringfingercel here, hairline has been fucked since I was 18
Can confirm, my ring finger is a lot longer and I went bald at 19
Thats retarded hair doesnt fall because high dht, it falls because of hair follicle sensitivity to dht
My ring finger is longer than my index finger, and I did start losing hair around 25, so on that aspect it checks out.
However most men have longer ring fingers on average, so it feels kinda bogus. Also a study from some years ago said that men with longer index fingers are likelier to be gay or something.
And most men do end up losing hair as well, obviously to different degrees. The way I'm looking at this is that maybe at a developmental level (like in the womb), the tendency towards higher DHT probably might make for a longer ring ringer, just like having an early beard or a lower voice is a sign of higher test. It's a bummer anon, I managed to stall mine with some Fin for a time (which I regret, no one should take that poison), and I have much nicer hair than the average person, and I still have had to come to terms with it. It is what it is, get bald and then get swole.
testosterone doesn't cause hairloss, finasteride chud, aldosterone, cortisol, prolactin cause hairloss
THOSE ARE WOMEN HANDS
why does this exist ?, what's the point ? i don't belong here in this earth or body
if your ring finger is shorter than your index finger, you're a homosexual
my index finger is longer and still have thick luscious hair in my 20s, feels good.
same, but 30
just don't be bald lmao it's easy
Bald men must cling desperately to their situations because of the reduced opportunities presented to them in life. If I had that finger situation you spoke of I would certainly get surgery to correct it.
I’d also lay off the biscuits and gravy to avoid having a grade A dumpy and a troll shaped body.
Double that if you’re an ugly fuckin’ chinhead.
>there is tall peoplw who eats their own shit
>so eating your own shit makes you tall
why dont you give it a try OP
