The cycle bodybuilders use is to get bulk up and get big & strong while in the natty phase, then start their steroid cycle & do an aggressive cut while they are except from all the normal rules regarding the delicate balance between food intake, hormones, and muscle mass.

I did. Specced out of many powershitter excercises like deathlifts and squats, added bunch of accessory exercises and more volume in total. I love it. Dunno how I could ever do powershitting. I feel less fatigued on average, can do more workouts per week, get bigger and get less injuries.

SS is lacking in bicep and forearm work as well as other isolations which, depending on the person, may be necessary to stimulate growth in certain muscle groups. SS' focus on compounds and legs tends to neglect this. GOMAD is just a joke. Seriously drinking an additional 2000 calories per day is only going to make you fat.

Bulking only works for roiders. There is no benefit to bulking that hard as a natty.

Not necessary. Just don't get fat. Aggressive cuts are only necessary for roiders who are competing. .
The secret to growth is to train hard (to failure on every set), train heavy, give your muscle groups enough time to recover and grow from exercises, low to moderate volume (you can't train high volume and train hard at the same time), and to use progressive overload. It takes a while. But so what? Enjoy the process instead of trying to cope with roids. If you want fast results because you want to lift for attention of the opposite sex or social validation, you'll never get it because you don't have what it takes for those things in the first place.
Natties have to embrace the true bodybuilding methods and philosophies.

I fell for that shit years ago when i was naïve enough to think that bodybuilding books and guides were made by people who knew what they were talking about, i watched my friends take roids and get big and juicy while i was losing weight and not gaining any muscle then gaining fat and losing it, i did that for a year than i stopped bodybuilding all toghether because the only way for me to get to my friends level was to take steroids, again in my 20s i started body building again and at that time i discovered hypotrophy and how to handle wrights properly, i made big progress while getting skinny again, now in my 30s i can stay bellow 15% bf with good muscle definition year around, and by the way one of those friends died at 27 from heart failure the other got morbidly obese.
Ditch compounds they are really just accessory workout to up ur strength, imbrace isolation with machines, cable and dumbbells/cattlebell and cables, focus on eccentric and cocentric and full rom don't just throw the weight, focus more on or ur diet specifically macros make sure to eat some carbs before ur workout and protein rich meals after, 3-5 days a week max as a natty u need more intensity and more rest, it's really that simple
