    Considering his size and that he works a manual labor job which forces his TDEE up easily by a 1000 calories alongside the cardio he does every day, 5000 calories makes pretty perfect sense for the guy. Most normals would probably be eating around 4k with his schedule, but most normals dont paint crosswalks all day while going to the gym twice a day
