If you had a normal bf% then your bmi be closer to 18-20. maybe lower.

I do cardio 3x a week, lift 5x a week, Saturday is cardio only. My diet is pretty much eggs, milk, chicken, rice and broccoli. I'm trying to eat at a 500 cal deficit.
I also work a physical job, what else do I have to do?

I thought you shouldn't lift on consecutive days? I'm similar to you build wise. I do cardio monday, wednesday, friday. Lift sunday, tuesday, thursday. Nothing saturday. Fit in extra cardio whenever i can, usually at least an extra 30 min every day. I look in decent shape but you would never think I did up to 10 hours of excercise a week. I'm pretty clueless

That's what it does. You put your height/weight in, it measures resting heart rate, then monitors heartrate throughout. It always spits out a number between 750 and 800 after an hour. It doesn't seem possible

You need to have your heart rate to be between 60-75% of your max rate over a long period of time.
So if your 25 years old, you need to have a heart rate of 117-150 beats per minute while doing cardio over a minimum of 30 minutes to actually train your cardiovascular system.
Just walking isn't going to do that.

Yes that's fine, as long as its in the correct range for that period of time, you're doing proper cardio training.
Some people who take cardio very serious like runners might scoff but you don't have to listen to them.

NTA but I used to look similar to this - even though I did about 45 minutes of cardio every day. Was 62 kg at 1,83cm but still had a fair amount of fat

This is what happens with the morons who say the quality of your food doesn't matter and weight gain/loss is all CICO. Clean up your diet, I guarantee you eat a bunch of junk food and goyslop. Start by learning to cook. Keep lifting too, you need to actually push yourself and progressively overload though, showing up and doing the exact same 3 sets of 10 with the same weight every time won't do anything. Give it a year of eating clean and lifting and you'll look much better
